the breakfast selection was acceptable.
the room decor felt quite tired. i noticed the bathroom wasn't clean (there was hair in the shower). the sofa bed was not comfortable and the sheets smelled of stale cigarettes, off-putting (i'm really not asking for much).

the staff seemed attentive, especially at breakfast. i had a standard double room, and the bed felt comfortable, a definite plus. parking was easy, and i found a spot without any trouble. the breakfast had good variety, a nice way to start the day.
i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, a bit more attention to detail would be beneficial.

The staff was always on hand and approachable. When i needed something, they provided it promptly! the kitchen staff members are very friendly, a detail , made breakfast that little bit better.

The staff was very helpful. I appreciated the excellent breakfast each morning. The air conditioning in my room worked perfectly, a great feature. The parking was also convenient.
I found it somewhat difficult to contact reception. There were no phones in the rooms, and I had trouble reaching them through other numbers.

Breakfast offered a good selection of ingredients, offering several choices. The reception staff registered my car for free parking. That was a nice touch. I was able to use the pizza service which was wonderful.

the bedroom and bathroom were adequate, complete with dove shampoos, creams, and tea and coffee facilities.
The sink had issues draining properly, quite inconvenient.. the breakfast arrangements were not ideal. Arriving at 9:25 am, well before the advertised 10:30 am closing time, i learned breakfast would end in only five minutes. the scrambled egg was almost gone and not very appealing, and the marmalade dispenser was unhygienic.
